Founded in Florence in 1947 by friends Fano Puliti and Vinicio Tarli during the difficult years of Italy’s reconstruction, these two friends drove the company’s activity through their bright ideas, never waning optimism and a simple handshake. In 1958 the expansion of both production and factory space and growth in experience allowed them to diversify from tableware into bedding, with exceptionally fine results in terms of both quality and creativity.
In 1970 the co-founders’ daughters took over the management, and within a decade, and with the help of the engineering and artistic abilities of one of their husbands, the company’s products displayed their particular and personal hallmark of taste and originality.
