- Our pottery is dishwasher-safe. We recommend a lower temperature wash and liquid detergent to help maintain appearance.
- Not recommended for use in the microwave. Earthenware pottery can sometimes get hot in the microwave.
- Not oven safe. Our pottery is not oven safe unless marked as cookware.

We deliver products using the best means possible. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
International orders are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Local taxes, duties, and import fees may apply and are payable by the receiver.
Shipping Times
Orders from are dispatched within 1-2 business days from Melbourne, Australia . Estimated shipping times vary between 2-14 days based on location and chosen service (Standard or Express). Delivery delays, while rare, are beyond our control.
Click & Collect
We also offer customers the option to pick up the item from our store in Ashburton (VIC, 3147) - this option can be selected during the checkout phase. You will be asked to produce ID and/or a copy of the receipt when you come to collect the goods.
