Shipping Costs and Delivery

We ship our products all over the world using the best means possible. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are generally dispatched within (1-2) business days from Melbourne, Australia. Shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 14 business days, depending on your location. We will provide tracking of your goods by email (except items sent by letter post).

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

We do not offer refunds on table linen, cushions, or wool products if the product has been removed from the packaging or the labels have been removed.

You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods

  • Are faulty.
  • It has been wrongly described.
  • Are significantly different from the product advertised on the website…

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item promptly. If it is not repaired within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

Claims and returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Card data is not hosted/kept by Finch & Lane after processing.
